Mr. Chadwick is a shareholder with the law firm of Campbell & Chadwick, P.C.  His areas of practice are labor and employment, occupational safety and health, employee benefits and selected contract and tort litigation. He has 25 years of experience providing counsel for employment decisions and policies, drafting policies and agreements, representing clients in contract and settlement negotiations and representing clients in proceedings before arbitrators, administrative agencies, federal and state trial courts and federal and state appellate courts.

Before joining Campbell & Chadwick in 2005, Mr. Chadwick practiced with the firms of Chadwick, Taylor & Eisenbraun in Addison, Texas; Gardere & Wynne (now Gardere, Wynne & Sewell) in Dallas, Texas; and Elarbee, Thompson & Trapnell (now Elarbee, Thompson, Sapp & Wilson) in Atlanta, Georgia .

Mr. Chadwick was profiled as a Texas Super Lawyer in the November 2003 edition of Texas Monthly. He was also featured in a 1998 article in the National Law Journal entitled "10 Innovative Tort Claims." 

Mr. Chadwick's practice is national in scope; he has appeared in judicial and administrative forums in Alabama, Alaska, California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Massachusetts, New Mexico, Ohio, Oklahoma, Tennessee and Texas.   His defense experience includes individual claims as well as collective and class actions.

He has received an AV Peer Review Rating.  (An AV rating is a significant accomplishment - a testament to the fact that a lawyer's peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence.   • Case determinative sanction in sexual harassment case (2008)
  • Favorable summary judgment in FMLA and ADA case (2008) Successful appeal in probate case of first impression.
  • In re Estate of Sarah Boren, 268 S.W.3d 841 (Tex.App. Texarkana , 2008, pet denied)
  • Represented management team consisting of 16 officers and managers in $330 million acquisition by a publicly traded company (2007)
  • Case determinative sanction and sanctions award of $114,777.50 (collected in full) for frivolous lawsuit alleging breach of fiduciary duties. (With Bruce Campbell) Johnson ex rel. Johnson v. Chesnutt, 225 S.W.3d 737 (Tex.App. - Dallas 2007, pet denied).
  • Successfully represented security company in audit by the Department of Labor regarding overtime pay for 50 security guards (2007).
  • Successfully represented national construction company in resolving discrimination complaint filed by a terminated employee with the Occupational Safety & Health Administration (2007).
  • Dismissal with prejudice of ERISA claim brought against non-profit employer with more than 17,000 employees (2006).
  • Favorable jury verdict in Oklahoma collective action seeking overtime pay under the Fair Labor Standards Act, Milburn, et al. v. Earth Grains Baking Companies, Inc., 2001 WL 34031367 (W.D. Okla. Feb. 26, 2001) 
  • Landmark jury verdict and appeal defining the legal responsibilities of clergy for malpractice and breach of fiduciary duty. See Sanders v. Baucum , 929 F.Supp. 1028 (N.D.Tex. 1996), aff'd, 134 F.3d 331 (5 th Cir. 1998), cert. denied , 525 U.S. 868 (1998).
